Samenvatting

Jaarlijks komen in Nederland ruim duizend jongeren tussen de 12 en 17 jaar in aanraking met de politie door seksueel grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Aanranding is het meest voorkomende type zedendelict. Het gaat vooral over jongens. Na het contact met politie en justitie kan er straf of behandeling van de dader in een gedwongen of vrijwillig kader plaatsvinden.
