Samenvatting

Huisartsen krijgen regelmatig gemopper te horen van hun patiënten als die een paar dagen moesten wachten voordat ze een afspraak kregen. Dat is vervelend, maar het kan erger. In Canada behoren de wachttijden van huisartsen tot de langste in de westerse wereld, onder andere door het lage gemiddelde aantal huisartsen per capita.
