Het grootste deel van het werk van de praktijkondersteuner bestaat uit communiceren. Je exploreert eventuele klachten en je geeft voorlichting en adviezen. Op die manier hoor je heel veel van de patiënt en leer je die goed kennen. Toch zijn er situaties waarin de communicatie niet helemaal gladjes verloopt. Enkele tips kunnen dan helpen.
