Samenvatting
Een casus van epulis neonatorum, een zeldzame benigne tumor op de processus alveolaris van de maxilla en mandibula en/of op de tong, wordt beschreven. Bijzonder aan de casus is de grootte van de zwelling, die chirurgische excisie vereiste.
Summary
A case of congenital gingival granular cell tumor is described. It is a rare nonneoplastic deformity found on the alveolar ridge of the maxilla and mandible and/ or on the tongue. The case is extraordinary because of the size of the mass, for which surgical excision was needed.
