Samenvatting

De redactie van H&W wil het blad niet alleen informatief, maar ook leesbaar maken. We hebben dat eigenlijk altijd gedaan zonder te beschikken over ‘managementinformatie’. Af en toe hielden we een kleinschalig, kwalitatief onderzoek onder de lezers en natuurlijk kregen we wel eens complimenten of kritiek uit onze omgeving.
