Samenvatting

In vrijwel alle westerse landen worden tegenwoordig richtlijnen ontwikkeld. Het NHG heeft het langst bestaande programma dat zich speciaal op huisartsen richt. Onze zuiderburen zijn eind jaren ’90 begonnen met het ontwikkelen van richtlijnen voor huisartsen. De richtlijn over acute keelpijn verscheen daar als eerste.
