In H&W 12 van vorig jaar berichtten we dat steunzolen rugpijn niet verhelpen of voorkomen. Bij knieklachten lijken ze wel iets uit te halen. Collins et al. vergeleken in een prospectieve RCT het effect van (1) standaard, uit de fabriek afkomstige steunzolen, (2) platte inlays en (3) fysiotherapie
