Achtergrond Obstipatie is een bekend probleem in de palliatieve zorg. Over de beste medicamenteuze behandeling bestaat onduidelijkheid. Doel van deze review was vast te stellen wat de effectiviteit is van laxantia bij obstipatie in de palliatieve fase en of er verschil in werkzaamheid bestaat tussen de meestgebruikte middelen.
