Abstract

Diabetes mellitus type 2 stijgt met stip in de hiërarchie van de Nederlandse volksziekten. Het NHG denkt hierover mee in de herziene NHG-Standaard, een eveneens herzien Programma voor Individuele Nascholing en Verdiepingsmodules rond deze aandoening. Ook komt er een Landelijke Eerstelijns Samenwerkings Afspraak tussen huisartsen en paramedici, waarin onder meer het voetonderzoek aan de orde komt. In de Praktijk geeft alvast een voorproefje.
