Deze maand begint In de praktijk een nieuwe serie over de communicatie tussen huisarts en patiënt. Aan de hand van casuïstiek wordt de logische ordening van een consult gevolgd: informatie verzamelen, informatie geven en, als het goed is, gemeenschappelijke besluitvorming. Deze eerste aflevering gaat in op enkele algemene aspecten van de communicatie in de spreekkamer.
