Samenvatting

Achtergrond Voor het behandelen van ongecompliceerde urineweginfecties is wereldwijd een grote verscheidenheid aan antibiotische regimes in gebruik. De gedachte bestaat dat een driedaagse antibacteriële behandeling even effectief is als een zeven- tot tiendaagse behandeling en gunstiger wat betreft bijwerkingen.
