Samenvatting

Nu de Toekomstvisie Huisartsenzorg is geformuleerd en de concretisering daarvan in een beschrijving van de huisartsenzorg in 2012 is vastgelegd, is het tijd voor de volgende stap. Het is immers zaak om het niet alleen bij schone woorden te laten, maar nu ook daadwerkelijk aan de slag te gaan. Hoe breng je de Toekomstvisie Huisartsenzorg in de praktijk? Het NHG vroeg het aan enkele huisartsen die hebben meegewerkt binnen het project.
