Samenvatting

Als huisarts vraag ik me af welke onderzoekingen in de spreekkamer bijdragen aan de ‘diagnose’ bij lage-rugpijn en welke factoren de prognose en therapiekeuze bepalen. Antwoord op die vragen hoop ik straks te vinden in de vernieuwde NHG-Standaard. Tot die tijd is er de CBO-richtlijn, die totstandgekomen is in samenwerking met 22 beroepsverenigingen en werkgroepen op initiatief van de Nederlandse Orthopedische Vereniging en het CBO.
