Dit boekje geeft kort de belangrijkste resultaten weer van de Amsterdamse cohortstudies (ACS). De ACS zijn in 1984 van start gegaan. Het betreft diverse longitudinale, prospectieve HIV-onderzoeken onder homoseksuele mannen en druggebruikers. De onderzoeken zijn een gezamenlijke inspanning van de GG&GD, het CLB en diverse afdelingen van de Universiteit van Amsterdam.
