Samenvatting

We wisten het allang: het laten maken van een röntgenfoto bij een patiënt met lage rugpijn als er geen verdenking is op ernstige pathologie, heeft geen zin. Allerlei ossale afwijkingen hebben geen klinische betekenis en relevante afwijkingen als een hernia nuclei pulposi zijn niet zichtbaar.
