Op 24 september vond een Tranzo zorgsalon plaats rondom het thema preventie en de rol van zorgverzekeraars. Dat dit thema leeft, bleek uit de vele aanmeldingen. Drie inleiders belichtten dit thema vanuit drie perspectieven; de rol van de zorgverzekeraar, het maatschappelijk perspectief en het perspectief van de zorgverlener.
