Samenvatting

De invoering van de Wmo leidt op lokaal niveau nog zelden tot grote koerswijzigingen in het gemeentelijke beleid. Toch heeft de Wmo in een aantal gemeenten nu al een versterkende werking ten aanzien van het lokale zorg- en welzijnsbeleid. In deze bijdrage een impressie van de Wmo in de gemeente Tilburg.
