The reintegration process is focussed on the disabled employee’s return-to-work. It is the process of assisting physically and mentally handicapped persons in making optimal use of their remaining capacities in order to function at an optimal level in a work situation tuned to the person’s labour capacities. It also serves to help persons with impairments find alternative or new capacities for functioning at work. How do we achieve this goal?
