Samenvatting

Re-integratie is erop gericht om de arbeidsongeschikte werknemer terug te laten keren in het arbeidsproces. Het is het proces van het helpen van fysiek en psychisch gehandicapten om zo goed mogelijk gebruik te maken van hun restcapaciteiten teneinde op een optimaal niveau te functioneren, in een op de arbeidsmogelijkheden afgestemde arbeidssituatie. Ook dient het om mensen met beperkingen te helpen alternatieve of nieuwe mogelijkheden te vinden om te functioneren. Hoe bereiken we dat doel?
