Obstacles at work: what obstructs the work resumption of employees with mental health problems?

Samenvatting

In this article we report the findings of a qualitative research study among occupational physicians and psychologists. The objective was to gain insight in work-related factors which obstruct the process of returning to work for employees on sick leave due to mental health problems.
