Samenvatting

Als het over tandartsangst gaat, wordt meestal het probleem van de patiënt belicht en hoe daarmee om te gaan. Het perspectief van de patiënt werd besproken in deel 1 van het verslag over het voorjaarcongres van de NVvK/VBTGG (TP juni, pag. 25–33). In dit artikel wordt verslag gedaan van presentaties die betrekking hadden op de zorgverlener en de problemen waar deze zich soms voor gesteld ziet.
