Knelpunten en valkuilen bij neuro-psychologisch expertiseonderzoek

Abstract

Het aantal letselschadezaken in Nederland, en daarmee het aantal expertiseonderzoeken, is explosief gestegen. De belangrijkste oorzaak hiervoor lijkt het toenemende aantal verkeersongevallen. In minder dan tien jaar is het aantal geregistreerde kop-staartbotsingen meer dan verdubbeld: van 3.550 in 1994 tot 7.500 in 2001 (Vecht, Amstel en Rijnstreek, 24-04-03).
