Samenvatting

Een substantieel deel van de patiënten die een acute beroerte doormaken wordt langdurig van verpleeghuiszorg afhankelijk. Kennis ontbreekt over de demografische kenmerken, klinische kenmerken en zorgproblemen van deze patiëntengroep en over de zorg die zij ontvangt. Deze studie is een eerste aanzet tot nadere beschrijving van deze patiëntenpopulatie.
