Samenvatting
De congrescommissie had dit jaar voor ‘complexiteit’ als thema gekozen. De dag begon om negen uur met vier parallelsessies. Ik koos voor de workshop ‘Routine monitoring en feedback is een must: juist bij complexe problematiek’ van Anton Hafkenscheid (klinisch psycholoog/psychotherapeut, Sinaï Centrum). Monitoring – de regelmatige terugkoppeling naar de therapeut van scores op vragenlijsten van de patiënt – betekent een belangrijk tegenwicht voor al diegenen die gefrustreerd zijn door de tekortkomingen van de randomized controlled trials (RCT’s; zie Lauteslager, 2006).
