In de palliatieve zorg laat de aandacht voor mensen met ernstige chronische aandoeningen vaak te wensen over. Terwijl het hier ook om ongeneeslijke aandoeningen gaat. Een van deze aandoeningen is COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).
