Samenvatting

Ruim twintig jaar werkt hbo-verpleegkundige Lies Rutten al in de zorg, de laatste jaren (opnieuw) als wijkverpleegkundige en casemanager dementie. Haar collega Trees de Booij is wijkverpleegkundige, teamcoördinator en zorgconsulent. De afgelopen jaren zagen beiden de bureaucratie in de zorg toenemen tot voor henzelf onoverkomelijke proporties. Ze trokken hun conclusies en stappen – samen met twaalf collega’s - op bij hun werkgever, een grote zorgorganisatie. ‘De bureaucratisering heeft geleid tot georganiseerd wantrouwen.’
