Samenvatting

Een 24-jarige man bezoekt de afdeling Spoedeisende Hulp vanwege een ongeval aan zijn rechterknie tijdens het voetballen. Hij is in volle vaart in aanraking gekomen met de keeper en daarna gevallen. Twee jaar eerder onderging hij een voorstekruisbandreconstructie van deze knie wegens insufficiëntie. Bij lichamelijk onderzoek is de rechterknie fors pijnlijk en gezwollen. De röntgenfoto laat een fractuur van de laterale femurcondyl van de rechterknie zien met dislocatie
