Samenvatting
De FDA onderzocht suïcidaal gedrag bij patiënten die deelnamen aan placebogecontroleerd onderzoek met de volgende anti-epileptica: carbamazepine, felbamaat, gabapentine, lamotrigine, levetiracetam, oxcarbazepine, pregabaline, tiagabine, topiramaat, valproïnezuur en zonisamide. In totaal werden 199 onderzoeken met 43.892 patiënten geanalyseerd.
