Preconceptionele leefstijladvisering: voorbereiding op nieuw leven

Samenvatting

Om zwangerschapsuitkomsten te verbeteren zou al voorafgaand aan de conceptie preconceptiezorg gegeven moeten worden. Het ligt voor de hand dat prenatale zorgverleners ook preconceptieconsulten gaan geven. Voor vrouwen zonder bekend verhoogd risico zijn dit huisartsen en verloskundigen. In dit artikel wordt ingegaan op de leefstijladviezen die preconceptioneel belangrijk zijn.
