Samenvatting
Sinds een week is mevrouw Jansen bij u in behandeling. Bij mevrouw Jansen is in 1998 de diagnose multiple sclerose (MS) gesteld. Het verloop is geleidelijk progressief, zonder remissie. Ze is 57 jaar, getrouwd en heeft 2 uitwonende zonen van 22 en 26 jaar. Ze heeft vele stoornissen waarvan ze weet dat er geen vooruitzicht op herstel is. Tijdens de anamnese geeft mevrouw duidelijk aan dat ze moeite heeft met het uitvoeren van veel dagelijkse activiteiten. Maar vooral dat ze het idee heeft dat ze minder deelneemt aan het maatschappelijk leven. Ze voelt zich zo nutteloos.
