Samenvatting

De laatste jaren is er een verheugende aandacht voor diseasemanagement in de COPD-zorg. Het is niet meer uitsluitend de dokter die het zoveelste pufje voorschrijft, maar veel meer een multidisciplinaire aanpak met vooral ook niet-medicamenteuze elementen. Reactivatie, stoppen met roken en zelfmanagement verdienen meer nadruk.
