Samenvatting

Blootstelling aan bakkersallergenen (tarwe, rogge en alfa-amylase) kan leiden tot een bakkersastma: een ernstige en invaliderende beroepsziekte. Enkele jaren geleden adviseerde de Gezondheidsraad de werkgerelateerde blootstelling aan deze allergenen drastisch te reduceren.
