Samenvatting

De conferentie was georganiseerd door EACH (European Association for Communication in Healthcare) samen met o.a. het NIVEL. Het programma vermeldde de volgende thema's: research, patiëntenperspectieven, communicatie in de praktijk, gedeelde besluitvorming, cultuur en medisch onderwijs. Het doel van de conferentie was om docenten, onderzoekers, gebruikers, beleidsmakers en mensen uit de praktijk, geïnteresseerd in alle aspecten van communicatie, bijeen te brengen om netwerken te creëren, nieuw werk en nieuwe ideeën te delen, en een prettige en motiverende ervaring voor alle deelnemers te bieden.
