Abstract

Met de wijziging van de NMT-klachtenregeling een aantal jaren geleden is het herstel voor gedaan onrecht verdwenen. Deze financiële compensatie voor de patiënt is min of meer vervangen door de mogelijkheid om een aanbeveling aan de tandarts te doen. Deze aanbeveling kan ook van financiële aard zijn.
