Abstract
Slechte mondhygiëne is helaas aan de orde van de dag. Veelal wordt de rode kleurvloeistof gebruikt om de patiënt te wijzen op achtergebleven plaque. Het nadeel voor tandarts en patiënt is dat deze kleurstof moeilijk te verwijderen is. De patiënt gaat niet graag terug naar het werk met een rode mond. Dit nadeel ondervindt hij ook thuis als hij de aanwezigheid van plaque zelf wil controleren.
