Samenvatting

Vandaag de dag wordt na een apexresectie de retrograde caviteit bij voorkeur met ultrasoon geactiveerde tips geprepareerd (zie ook TP september 2005). Dit resulteert in een preparatie van ongeveer 3-4 mm diep, parallel aan de lengteas van het element.
