Abstract

Door een fusie van vier grotere tandtechnische laboratoria ontstaat het grootste tandtechnische bedrijf van Nederland. Onder de naam 4Dental NV gaan Tolmeijer's Dental Laboratorium in Arnhem, TLZ Zwolle in Zwolle, Thissen Tandtechniek in Reeuwijk en De Maat en Willemen in Breda en Goes samen. Er is sprake van een volledige aandelenruil. Daardoor ontstaat een onderneming met 200 medewerkers. De individuele bedrijven blijven onder hun huidige naam opereren.
