Samenvatting

In het vorige nummer hebben we de hoofdlijnen geschetst van de interpersoonIijke communicatietheorie van Kiesier. In dit tweede deel gaan we in op de therapeutische werkwijze. Achtereenvolgens schenken we aandacht aan de therapeutische strategie, het meten van betrekkings- en bevelsboodschappen en therapeutisch werkzame metacommunicatieve feedback. We sluiten af met enkele conclusies.
