De rol van annulaire vezels bij weerstand tegen torsie

Samenvatting

Onderzoeksplan. Bij het onderzoek werd dissectie gepleegd op de in eenzelfde richting gelegen annulaire vezels van de intervertebrale discus, en tegengesteld gerichte vezels werden intact gelaten, hetgeen mogelijk is middels een recent ontwikkelde methode. Op deze manier werd dissectie toegepast bij bewegingssegmenten, en werden bewegingssegmenten na bilaterale facetectomie belast in torsierichting en met elkaar vergeleken.
