Histologie van de alare en transversale ligamenten

Samenvatting

Bij zeven mensen werden transversale en alare ligamenten, na testen van de rekbaarheid, en acht overeenkomstige ligamenten zonder testen, histologisch onderzocht op samenstelling en locatie van hun vezels. Daarnaast werden nog verschillende technieken met contrastvloeistof uitgevoerd met gebruikmaking van gepolariseerde lichtmicroscopie.
