De behandeling van twee jongens met autisme en angst

Samenvatting

Ook al is de effectiviteit van een bepaalde behandeling beschreven, toch slagen sommige van die behandelingen en andere niet. Waardoor komt dat? Over die vraag gaat dit artikel. Er worden twee casussen beschreven van jongens met een angststoornis. De ene behandeling slaagt, de andere niet. Factoren die hierbij een rol spelen, zijn waarschijnlijk het kiezen van goede interventies, het beïnvloeden van het motivatieproces van de jongere en het op gang komen van de samenwerking tussen ouders en therapeut.
