Abstract

Bij de meeste mensen met hypertensie volstaat behandeling met twee of drie bloeddrukverlagende middelen, maar ongeveer 20% toont onvoldoende bloeddrukdaling bij gebruik van een combinatie van drie, vier of zelfs vijf antihypertensiva.
