Samenvatting

Het gebruik van contrastmiddelen en dan vooral hoge doseringen bij röntgendiagnostiek geeft aanleiding tot nefropathie. Hartinfarctpatiënten die behandeld worden met PCI (percutane interventie, dotteren) lopen onder andere door het hoge contrastmiddelgebruik een hoog risico.
