Hyponatriëmie en hypokaliëmie bij gebruik van thiazidediuretica

Samenvatting

Het gebruik van thiazidediuretica kan leiden tot het optreden van metabole afwijkingen zoals hyponatriëmie en hypokaliëmie. Bij een natriumconcentratie lager dan 125 mmol/L kunnen symptomen optreden, terwijl hypokaliëmie gepaard kan gaan met cardiale problemen.
