Samenvatting

Al in 1960 vielen aritmieën op bij de behandeling van schizofreniepatiënten met thioridazine. Toch weet men nog steeds niet of de cardiale problemen worden veroorzaakt door de ziekte zelf, dan wel door de therapie (vergelijk mfm 2002; 40: 90).
