Samenvatting

Benzodiazepinen zijn de meest voorgeschreven psychofarmaca bij oudere patiënten. Juist omdat ouderen zeer gevoelig zijn voor de cognitieve bijwerkingen en het sederende effect van deze middelen, is het zinvol te evalueren of deze middelen nog nodig zijn.
