Samenvatting

In het algemeen wordt het geven van borstvoeding sterk aanbevolen. Indien de moeder medicamenten gaat gebruiken, wordt het geven van borstvoeding betrekkelijk gemakkelijk ontraden. Dit gebeurt maar al te graag door de fabrikant (zero risk) maar ook door dokters en apothekers. Vaak is dit advies niet gerechtvaardigd en schadelijk.
