Samenvatting

Preventief bedoelde behandeling wordt gemakkelijk gestopt als bijwerkingen optreden. ‘Bijwerkingen op placeboniveau’ wordt dan ook gebruikt in de marketing van sommige antihypertensiva. De auteurs van het SYST-EUR-onderzoek gingen na hoe dat in hun onderzoek was.
