Samenvatting

Bestaat er een verband tussen serotonineheropnameremmers (SSRI's) en gastro-enterale bloeding? Serotonine potentieert de bloedplaatjesaggregatie. Selectieve SSRI's verminderen de serotonineheropname uit het bloed in de bloedplaatjes, waardoor de hoeveelheid serotonine in de bloedplaatjes afneemt.
