Samenvatting

In de JAMA werden de gegevens van de afgelopen acht jaar over chemoprofylaxe na blootstelling aan het humaan immunodeficiëntievirus (HIV) besproken (post expositie profylaxe, PEP). Tevens werd een systematische benadering beschreven voor het klinisch beleid bij medewerkers in de gezondheidszorg, die beroepsmatig in contact kwamen met HIV.
